The work on the cellar continues full speed ahead. The two rooms (each with en suite bathroom) in the old attic are going to be a really special, romatic place to stay.

We have also recovered the French oak staves from the old (1850) casks that were in the cellar when we bought it. Those staves (suitably restored) will form the basis for the floor of the breakfast room and the tasting room... once it's laid we'll try to post some photos here. Watch this space...
